This morning Redbus Interhouse suffered a complete power outage that took out several ISPs' routers and servers, including the majority of our UK based servers. As a result many customers will have been unable to access their websites and e-mail accounts.
Service has now been restored, though there may still be intermittent network connectivity problems this evening.
Any emails that were in the system at the point that network connectivity vanished were queued up and are being delivered now.
Apologies for the inconvenience that this interruption to service will have caused. Be assured that we are looking at what we can do to avoid such problems in the future (including a possible move away from Redbus).
